Comixit! (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is a safe and fun comics app designed for children and families owned by Fable Technologies Ltd. We take privacy seriously, especially when it comes to kids. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information We Collect

We only collect information necessary to provide the app and keep it safe. Depending on how you use Comixit, we may collect:

  • Account information: username, parent email address (if you create an account).

  • Content you create: comics, avatars, or drawings made within the app.

  • Usage data: app activity, reading progress, streaks, badges, and device type.

  • Crash reports & analytics: anonymized technical data to fix bugs and improve the app.

  • Payment information: if a parent subscribes, payments are processed securely by trusted providers (e.g. Apple, Google, Stripe). We do not store card details.

We do not require children to provide their real name, address, phone number, or precise location.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • Provide and improve the app experience (reading, creating, rewards).

  • Keep content safe and age-appropriate.

  • Send parents updates or confirmations (with consent).

  • Process subscriptions and payments.

  • Monitor usage trends to improve literacy and engagement.

We do not sell or rent personal data. We only share information with:

  • Service providers (e.g. cloud hosting, analytics, payment processors) who help us run the app.

  • Parents can review, manage, or delete their child’s account and data at any time by contacting us (see Section 7).

  • We keep data only as long as needed to provide the service.

  • Parents can request deletion of their child’s account and data at any time.
